How to enable reception of messages

When you cannot receive e-mail messages from our system, it might be due to the mail settings on your mobile phone. In that case, please follow the procedures stated below to enable e-mails from our system.

1.DoCoMo

  1. Please copy the domain name below with mobile phone copy function.
  2. Please click here and move to the next step [Spam Mail Prevention];
  3. Please choose [Setting] and click [Next] and then click [Step3].
  4. Please paste the copied domain name in [Enter other domains/addresses you wish to receive:].
  5. When you click [Register], you will be asked to enter your password, so please enter it.
2.AU
  1. Please copy the domain name below with mobile phone copy function.
  2. Please open [e-mail menu].
  3. Please choose [setting of e-mail].
  4. Plese choose [other settings].
  5. Plese choose [mail filter].
  6. Please choose [address filter].
  7. Please choose [selective reception of message] and click [send].
  8. Please choose [Register].
  9. Please paste the copied domain name to the [individual designations] field.
  10. The inputted contents will be displayed, so please confirm and click [send].
  11. The inputted contents will be displayed, so please confirm and click [YES].
3.SOFTBANK
  1. Please copy the domain name with mobile phone copy function.
  2. If you are using your PC, please access the [original e-mail setting] page. There you can set the domain name stated above.

  3. If you are using mobile phone, please paste the copied domain name to [authorization list]. You can find the list by accessing the [Vodafone menu] -> [User Support] -> [Messaging Setting].
